Botswana Okavango Delta

Botswana Okavango Delta

This is a fascinating tour of Okavango Delta and Botswana’s most interesting safari destinations. It includes Moremi Game Reserve, Okavango Delta and Chobe National Park. Okavango Delta is one of the most incredible wilderness sanctuaries in Africa. Fed by the Okavango River whose headwaters start in Angola’s highlands, it empties itself, in the Okavango Delta deep within the Kalahari Basin, the very heart of the thirstland.

Okavango River

The Okavango River’s floodwaters from the summer rains spread out into the basin forming palm and papyrus fringed waterways, islands, and thick woodlands. This lush vegetation provides a habitat, rich in natural wildlife and an opportunity for travellers to Botswana wanting a great safari experience.

And discover Africa’s safari secret – the breath-taking water wilderness of Okavango Delta.
